Mainland Hydrogen Production Beijing Hydrogen Energy Exhibition Achieves Successful Results: Innovation Driven and Ecological Synergy Build a New Benchmark for Hydrogen Energy Industry

From March 26th to 28th, THE (referred to as "Dalu Hydrogen", abbreviated as THE in English) showcased its independently developed AEM electrolytic cell at booth E1001 of the Beijing International Hydrogen Energy Exhibition. As a national high-tech enterprise that has been deeply involved in the field of hydrogen energy for more than 30 years, mainland hydrogen production takes the "innovation+collaboration" dual wheel drive strategy as its core. Through activities such as new product releases, strategic cooperation agreements, and industry standard discussions, it has comprehensively demonstrated its technological strength and industrial leadership in the field of green hydrogen equipment.

1、 AEM Electrolytic Cell New Product Release: Technological Breakthrough Leads Industry Upgrade
    As a leading enterprise in the field of water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment in China, mainland hydrogen production has always adhered to the development concept of "technology driven and innovation led". The new AEM electrolytic cell product released this time is not only a milestone achievement for the company's technical team to break through the limitations of traditional alkaline electrolytic cells, but also marks an important leap for our company in the field of efficient and stable green hydrogen preparation. This product is developed through independent membrane research and development, using non precious metal electrode materials and lightweight pole frame design, significantly improving current density and energy conversion efficiency. It can maintain high stability operation in wind and solar power fluctuation scenarios, providing a reliable solution for subsequent large-scale green hydrogen production.

2、 Deepening strategic cooperation: Building a collaborative ecosystem for the hydrogen energy industry

   During the exhibition, mainland hydrogen production signed strategic cooperation agreements with international leading enterprises such as Siemens and Hitachi Energy, further strengthening its technological layout in the fields of intelligence and low-carbon.
       

Siemens will collaborate with Mainland Hydrogen to develop a smart hydrogen production system based on its industrial automation and digital technology, promoting equipment lifecycle management and carbon emission optimization.         

        Hitachi Energy will provide customized rectifier transformer solutions that are deeply compatible with the alkaline electrolysis cell system used in mainland China's hydrogen production, jointly improving the hydrogen production efficiency in new energy scenarios.

   

3、 Standard guidance: Enhancing international discourse power

    As a registered expert of ISO/TC 197 and the creator of multiple national standards, Xu Wei, Chief Engineer of Mainland Hydrogen Production Company, had in-depth exchanges with international certification bodies during the exhibition to promote industry standards to be in line with international standards. Mr. Xu Wei stated, "Standardization is the cornerstone of the healthy development of the industry. We will continue to leverage our technological advantages to help China's hydrogen energy standards go global." Currently, the national standard GB/T 37563 "Safety Requirements for Pressure Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Systems" led by mainland hydrogen production has become an important reference for the industry. Mainland hydrogen production has participated in the development of ISO 22734:2019 throughout the process and timely put forward opinions and suggestions reflecting China's national conditions, protecting national interests.

4、 Media Focus: Conveying New Voices for Hydrogen Energy Development

   During the exhibition, mainland hydrogen production received numerous interview invitations from professional media, among which Gaogong Hydrogen Electric provided exclusive live broadcasts for mainland hydrogen production. The "Hydrogen Pavilion" high-end dialogue interviewed General Manager Ding Yitao and Chief Engineer Xu Wei, and conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as green hydrogen technology innovation and industrial ecology construction. The management of the company emphasized in an interview that the goal of mainland hydrogen production is to become a world-class supplier of green hydrogen equipment solutions, and to contribute to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal through continuous technological iteration and global layout.

5、 Summary: Although the road is long, it must be reached when traveling

    The successful debut of this hydrogen energy exhibition not only consolidates the technological leading position of mainland hydrogen production in the industry, but also demonstrates its determination to promote the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry. In the future, the company will further expand its production capacity to 320 sets per year (i.e. 1.6GW per year) based on the already constructed and operated Phase II plant; Continuously investing a high proportion in product research and development, driven by innovation and open collaboration, leading the new direction of the global green hydrogen equipment industry.
